Green Sector Development Lead, Essex County Council

Loretta has been working as Green Sector Development Lead at Essex County Council since 2021 formulating the Essex Sector Development Strategy, which highlights the economic opportunities arising from key sectors and the sustainable, green growth potential in the county. Loretta has also been working in partnership with The Retrofit Academy CIC delivering the Community Renewal Funded, Harlow and Tendring Retrofit Pipeline for Economic Renewal, which is providing a suite of interventions and training opportunities to kickstart the retrofit sector in Essex. She is also a facilitator for the Built Environment, Task and Finish Group of the Essex Net Zero Innovation Network and working with Essex Climate Action Commissioners on the Green Economy working group for a just transition.
