Customer Engagement Manager, CITB

Celine has spent the last 16 years working in the construction and education sector. Among her successes were setting up and running a construction skills centre ;Campus Director of FE college in South East; project management of European Social Funded Projects to attract young people to career opportunities in construction. Her current role at CITB covers South East and East of England working with construction employers, stakeholders and government bodies to ensure the construction sector has the skills they need. Research is an integral part of the role CITB plays and as the sector skills council for construction and Celine is delighted to share the work and research they are doing to support the retrofit/low carbon skills agenda.
