Passionate about making a difference, Emma has led the team through a re-brand and re-imagining of the council backed loan service, through maximising the potential of team members and seizing opportunities for the organisation. Dedicated to providing value for money for council partners, Emma has sought ways to increase and improve the opportunities for lending. The Climate Emergency has been a focus, and loans are provided for a range of measures including full retrofit and other modifications to reduce home-owners carbon emissions. Her work has been recognised two years in a row by the Wise 100 Awards, recognising the top 100 women in leadership roles across the Social Enterprise sector.
