Russell is the Founder and Managing Director of award-winning consultancy Parity Projects. Its mission is to identify the most cost-effective route to Net Zero for the UK's homes using data science, software and analysis. Over the past fifteen years it has provided independent advice to property-owners across tenures and at all scales, and now has over 8 million homes under analysis identifying how to meet their owners' and local authorities' cost, comfort and carbon goals. He is also the founder and Director of RetrofitWorks; a multi-stakeholder cooperative, matching property owners and community groups with local, certified retrofit professionals and trades under one administration.€¯Russell offers deep insights into the challenges and opportunities facing retrofit programmes drawing on his experience in project delivery across the country, and his engagement in a range of industry working groups.
