Superhomes Programme Manager, Energy Agency
Declan is SuperHomes Programme Manager and joined the agency in 2016. He has a B.Eng degree in Sustainable Energy Technology and a Diploma in Construction Management.
His area of responsibilities are project management of the SuperHomes deep retrofit scheme, including implementing energy upgrades from carrying out energy site audits, procurement of energy projects, designing and sizing mechanical and electrical (M&E) and writing feasibility studies.
Declan has worked on the design, procurement and project management of the deep retrofit of 250 dwellings across Ireland.
