Jenn has over 20 years’ experience in housing in both the social and private rented sectors and in her current role she is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring evidence based housing strategy, policies and action plans, alongside leading the development of strategy for the private rented sector. Jenn is also the lead on delivering the new Housing Enforcement Pilot funded by the Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities (DLUHC) to work with and educate landlords on what the forthcoming standard in the Private Rented Sector will mean for them.
