Annie is the Heat Strategy and Policy team leader, in the Scottish Government’s Heat in Buildings Division. In 2022 she moved from the Scottish Government’s Climate Change Division to Heat in Buildings. Her background is in SG’s housing and energy policy, and before that, Ofgem.
