Heather James

Founder, Bluejay Exchange

Heather James is the founder of Blue Jay Exchange, a non-profit organisation facilitating youth and community groups in mixed-media and filmmaking projects that encourage storytelling and the sharing of experiences. She worked in Manchester for 10 years as a community filmmaker and currently manages podcasting and music studio spaces in local youth centres and is leading on Energy Advice Cafes at MECC Trust. She is passionate about community empowerment and leadership.
