Steve has worked for British Gas for 26 years, across many roles including Customer Relations, Six Sigma and Smart Meter rollout. For the past few years, Steve has been working on pilots and propositions to help LAHAs and SMEs reduce the amount of energy they use. His role today is focussed on bringing Demand Side Response (DSR) to customers in the UK, aiming to create a Virtual Power Plant that will reward customers for helping National Grid keep the Grid balanced.
