Joshua is an experienced project manager with 7 years in the housing industry. He is currently responsible for the decarbonisation and energy efficiency improvements to Gravesham Borough Council’s housing stock. Joshua leads a team of four, currently delivering a number of projects including Wave 1 of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund.
