Louise is a member of the People Powered Retrofit team, focusing on service design, client account management and replication. She is also a director of Quantum Strategy & Technology and is the author of the Climate Change Committee’s Local Authorities and the Sixth Carbon Budget report. She’s interested in how we deliver real impact locally making choices easy and accessible for householders – and how national and region-wide policy can help make that happen.
