AirEx’s Floorvent is a retrofit replacement for traditional air bricks ventilating beneath suspended floors. Uncontrolled airflow through air bricks is a source of constant heat loss for homes - by optimising ventilation with AirEx’s smart air bricks, whole-house heat loss is reduced by 12% whilst ensuring adequate airflow for building health.
The system is quick, easy and non-disruptive to install (taking around 90 minutes per home, with most works completed externally) and due to its low cost and high impact, has a payback time of less than 2 years whilst increasing the EPC rating of a home by 2-4 points.
