James Higgins is a Partner at Ecuity Consulting based in Birmingham. James brings insight from 15 years working in energy and environmental policy. Working nationally and internationally with the public sector and market leaders across the low carbon transition, James works hands-on to help Ecuity's partners solve policy challenges and to develop solutions that advance action on climate change. James is currently Project Director responsible for Ecuity's participation in the BEIS funded Heat Networks Investment Project (HNIP) and for Ecuity's work with Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP to develop a Low Carbon Steering Group to guide the implementation of a Low Carbon Action Plan. He has worked with over 250 companies and on 50 energy policy frameworks across the past decade.
