Richard is a registered Retrofit Coordinator, a founder member of the Retrofit Academy Centre of Excellence, Stroma Certified and a Trustmark scheme provider. As proprietor of RJ Barwick Ltd, he specialises in the affordable and social housing sector as an interim manager and consultant, which since 2010 has been in Kent, Sussex, London and East Midlands. Richard is also a partner at DDA Engineers Ltd a London and Ashford based firm of structural engineers, and more recently also retrofit designers.
