Cllr Martyn Ford, Leader at South Derbyshire DC. Since my first election success in 2003 I have been very keen to introduce the latest technologies into all properties across the district. We have set challenging carbon reduction targets which we will be striving to achieve, so we must all work together, across all sectors to not only meet 2050 target, but well before that date.
I am delighted to be asked to contribute on such an important subject, not just as a politician but as a parent and grandparent who is determined to hand over the planet in the best possible condition for future generations.
