We ensure that new buildings comply with building regulations/standards, through the provision of energy calculations (SAP, SBEM, U-Value, DSM) which we complete for architects, self builders, housing developers and building service engineers.
Moreover, our experience in energy management has allowed us to help organisations save money and conserve resources through effectively managing their energy usage. With this we have delivered energy audits for ESOS compliance and have also prepared organisations for ISO 50001 (Energy Management Systems) certification.
In 2018, we took the decision to rebrand from Elmhurst Energy Services to Elmhurst Energy Consultancy, a name which better reflects the services that we offer.
Elmhurst Energy Consultancy is a sister company of Elmhurst Energy (the UK's largest energy assessment accreditation scheme). We ensure that the consultancy work we undertake does not conflict with the members of Elmhurst Energy and communicate regularly with the accreditation teams at Elmhurst Energy to ensure that we aren't taking clients from Elmhurst accredited assessors.
