Jane Trethewey

Assistant Director, Homes and Communities, Shropshire Council

Jane is Assistant Director Homes and Communities at Shropshire Council and has lived in Shropshire since 2014. Jane joined the council in 2020 to lead a service which includes the council's own housing, managed by Shropshire Towns and Rural (STAR) Homes, and a programme of newbuild homes through both STAR and the Council's own housing company Cornovii Developments Limited. Previous roles in Birmingham and Wolverhampton have also focused upon housing development and regeneration, with a career prior to that working for a range of London councils and housing associations in housing regeneration, housing enabling and housing management.
