Mark has twenty years of recruitment and training experience spanning across large corporate companies, start-up's/scale up's and SMEs across the South Coast. He is passionate about professional standards in recruitment and training, and is a non-executive director of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. Mark is extremely proud to be an Ambassador for the 'Ambitious about Autism' business programme.
Mark is driven about providing training opportunities and pushing the talent pool's perceived boundaries, and is opposed to accepting the 'ceiling' of skill shortages.
He's also a dad of five, a Liverpool fan and often to be found on the water at the weekend!
