Louise is Head of Housing Delivery at Liverpool City Council and Development Director at Liverpool Foundation Homes Ltd.
Louise is an experienced Development Director, having worked for over 17 years' delivering multi-million pound Development Programme's for Affordable Housing Providers in the North West. In her current role as Head of Housing Delivery for Liverpool City Council, Louise is leading on the Council's Housing Capital Programme which underpins the Council's ambitions to enable and directly deliver homes in areas of the City, through both the Council, and its own Housing Company, Liverpool Foundation Homes. Louise has most recently led on the Liverpool City Region €œGreen Homes Grant€ submission, in support of the Council's commitment to a mass retrofit programme, and has overall responsibility for some of the city's key strategic housing projects which will deliver circa. 1500 new / refurbished homes over the next 5 years.
