Director of Operations, cobalt housing
Dave works for Cobalt Housing (Liverpool) and has responsibility for all operational activities linked to Housing Management Services, Asset Management, and Property Maintenance, as well as Development, Regeneration and Growth. Dave has held senior positions in housing organisations in Liverpool and Oldham, predominantly related to asset management, compliance, building maintenance, regeneration and construction, He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and has an MSc in Construction Project Management. He has overseen several multimillion-pound regeneration and improvement projects across Liverpool and Oldham and sees a huge importance in linking physical and community regeneration together to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Having worked in the housing sector for over 30 years, Dave is well aware of the benefits that can be achieved from collaboration. As such his team at Cobalt are currently working on projects with several parts of the Health Sector, Liverpool John Moore's University (LJMU) and University of Liverpool (UoL)
