Retrofit Action Week (RAW) campaigns are constructed around three core engagement models: the online regional Retrofit Summit, the in-person Home Upgrade Show plus a range of 3rd party-organised satellite activities.

Organisations from community groups and businesses to local authority teams and education providers are staging their own retrofit-related activities during Retrofit Action Week campaigns in the West Midlands and Greater Manchester. We all have a role to play in decarbonising our homes, so whether you're a housing professional, a householder or a community group activist, there is something for you to join or contribute - whatever your role, project or experience.

Our Advisory Groups and partners and stakeholders will be promoting Retrofit Action Week activities across 2024 to create a huge wave of retrofit awareness and action across the West Midlands and Greater Manchester in 2024. This approach, building upon successful regional retrofit summits, is designed to maximise communication reach while providing the widest range of knowledge-sharing opportunities for anyone interested in scaling up retrofit.
