Chris Ellins and Total Flow, the organisation he founded in 2005, are regarded as innovators in the world of high performance, industrialisation and growth. Together they have built a reputation for enabling innovation in customer value creation, agile business models and end to end supply chain design.  Total Flow has been at the forefront of residential retrofit research since 2009 working in partnership with the Energy Technology Institute. In recent years they have developed joint venture partnerships with technology and service companies to accelerate their industrialisation and growth, and acting to catalyse the establishment of an €œinnovation ecosystem€ dedicated to bringing a capable retrofit solution to market at target cost, service and performance.
