Saul Humphrey

New Anglia LEP Construction and Development Group

Saul is a Managing Director, Consultant Property Investor/Developer in the Construction sector. He is Chair of New Anglia LEP’s Building Growth, the construction, housing and property development sector group covering Norfolk and Suffolk.

Saul has a Doctorate in Construction Procurement and Economics and Masters Degree in Construction Management. He is a corporate fellow and professional assessor for the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB), a Chartered Construction Manager and he represents the CIOB with the Construction Industry Council (CIC). Saul is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a Qualified Adjudicator and an honourary Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE).

Saul is a Board Member of the East of England Division of Constructing Excellence, a Board Member of Norfolk Constructing Excellence Club (NCEC), a Committee Member and Fellow of the Forum for the Built Environment (formerly the Faculty of Building), a Committee Member of Essex Youthbuild and he is the East of England past President, and past National Director of the National Federation of Builders (NFB).

Saul is a Board Member of the University of East Anglia (External Advisory Board). He is a member of the Industry Liaison Group for Norwich University of the Arts and also for Cambridge University (IDBE). Saul is also a Governor of East Coast College and he is an Enterprise Ambassador.
