Sustainable Energy Association (SEA)
As Chief Executive of the Sustainable Energy Association, Lesley draws on 30 years in the energy industry. She has worked on a range of energy policy developments across the whole energy chain from upstream to downstream and in a number of countries. Lesley has a track record of developing policy, campaigning and influencing to deliver change and grow markets. Her business knowledge has been acquired by working in a variety of roles including commercial, finance, business development, public affairs and communications.
Lesley’s current focus is on the development of policy to decarbonise heating by growing the market for energy efficiency and low carbon heat. Her commercial background together with her experience of working with governments and regulators to shape energy policy give Lesley an understanding and focus on developing practical policy solutions. Lesley is a Fellow of the Energy Institute, a qualified accountant (CIMA), a member of CIPR and has a degree in Business Studies.
