The Home Upgrade Show, brought to you by Low Carbon Homes, brings together all those determined to ensure that Greater Manchester residents live in comfortable, healthy and energy efficient homes.

Building upon our strong relationships with Greater Manchester CA, Manchester City Council, community, academic and supply chain stakeholders we’re co-creating a unique showcase of suppliers and service providers.

Focused on supporting property owners, influencers and specifiers as well as community groups and householders, the two-day event plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of retrofit, locally.
It's WHAT you know and WHO you know

As part of the Low Carbon Homes network, we thought you might appreciate advance notice of the official launch of the Home Upgrade Show. You’ll be able to join fellow manufacturers and suppliers at the unique Victoria Baths venue to showcase your retrofit product and service solutions – and be part of the inaugural Retrofit Action Week (more on that another time).
Why?

Manchester is leading the way on retrofit ambition and leadership and needs to rapidly scale up, and speed up, delivery across the region. Scalable solutions are in high demand – and that’s where you come in…
What?

The Home Upgrade Show. Better homes for people and planet. A sociable back-to-basics expo-style retrofit event, with a difference. We’ll showcase latest innovations, share best practice and bring communities together to create a unique gathering of those excited to play their part in creating healthy homes for all.
When?

Friday 13th October (business day) & Saturday 14th October (community day).
Where?

Victoria Baths, Manchester M13 0FE. A beautiful historic landmark building part-way through its own retrofit journey.
Who?

Attendees

Friday >> social and private landlords, local authorities, architects, installers, contractors, consultants, surveyors, etc.

Saturday >> as Friday + householders and community groups.
